Job Description : | Who We’re Looking ForA highly skilled and organized Graphic Designer focusing primarily in website design, branding, newsletter design, print collateral, social media graphics, and more. We are looking for someone with a minimum 4-5 years of professional design experience, with strong experience in UX/UI Design.This position is NOT for graphic design interns, students, website developers, social media gurus and influencers.This position will be Part-Time to start for an onboarding and training period, with the potential to transition to Full-Time within 1-2 months based on performance.Please read full job description to ensure you include all required materials with your application.This person must: Have a strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude.Be a team player who communicates effectively with their colleagues, managers, and asks questions to ensure each task is completed correctly and efficiently.Have a background in clean, strategic design.Effectively follow direction and take feedback.Be able to adapt to our processes and programs.Create user and conversion-focused website designs in Photoshop with clear informational hierarchy and data driven decisions.Be able to understand the client’s end goal and make design decisions that help to achieve them.Be able to effectively communicate design decisions to managers, developers, and clients.Have an understanding on the importance of the user journey and be able to see the big picture while having meticulous attention to detail.Be able to collaborate with our web developers on decisions for website functionality and user experience.
