Job Description : We are looking for a Graphic Designer / UX/UI Specialist I to join our team!TLF’s Graphic Designer / UX/UI Specialist I, will drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales via content development and site UX/UI improvements. You will use your expert knowledge in graphic design, UX/UI, and video editing to create one-of-a-kind content for all TLF marketing and social media channels and website www.TLFapparel.com. You will leverage best practices to continuously generate content and optimize UX/UI to meet the growing needs of the marketing department and brand. Job Description (Including but not limited to the below)GRAPHIC DESIGNER / UX/UI RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and edit digital graphics, images, print materials, and videos in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for marketing TLF as a premier athletic and lifestyle apparel brandUtilize creative ability to produce iconic, one-of-a-kind content for TLF products and branding utilizing established design and editing skills for all digital platforms (i.e., web design, digital advertising, and social media, etc.)Review and proof all content and materials upon delivery for correctness and resolve inconsistencies or deficiencies for the execution of finished products/design workAdminister assets and creative updates to the website and all social media channels and make suggestions to improve our branding and creativeMaintain and adhere to digital file cataloging and electronic library of all content and assetsMaintain and adhere to design a content calendar to ensure completion of assets within proposed deadlinesDevelop consistent and cohesive graphic design themes across all marketing channels, help Innovation & Design team with logo and graphic tee design needs, develop content that speaks distinctively to each demographicAdminister product, content, and creative updates to all social media platforms and make suggestions and creative changes in design and function to live a digital environmentDesign and layout email templates and campaigns (for up to 5 email blasts a week)Utilize experience in social media content marketing and content design for different social media platformsEdit, manipulate, color correct, and touch up all images using PhotoshopExtremely proficient in various art creative and direction, marketing and design principles, branding, advertising design, image sizing and compression, CTA design and placement, layout, font selection, and color cohesivenessExtremely proficient in various web UX/UI principles, and page layout and design to optimize brand look, user experience, click through and conversion rate layout and design optimization, site usability, and site speedExtremely proficient in email, SMS, MMS, and push marketing design principles, page layout, user experience, branding, and click through and conversion rate layout and design optimizationQUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:Preferred BA Degree from an accredited institution; with an emphasis on graphic design and marketingStrong knowledge of the athletic apparel/fitness industry and trends in the marketplaceMinimum of 7 years graphic design, UX/UI experienceHigh level of proficiency and minimum of 7 years in Photoshop, Illustrator,Passion towards athletics and training, preferably as an enthusiast and participantConfidence in communicating comfortably / outgoing personalityStrong organizational skillsStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment a necessityAble to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, and work independentlyAbility to sell, relate to others, and communicate ideas and concepts effectivelyAbility to receive feedback and to take action when appropriateStrong working knowledge in Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of the competitive market, customers, and retail trendsAbility to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentationsJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):Preferred BA Degree from an accredited institution; with an emphasis on graphic design and marketingEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:graphic design, UX/UI: 7 years (Required)Photoshop, Illustrator, etc: 7 years (Required)knowledge of the athletic apparel/fitness industry: 7 years (Required)Work Location: One location
