Do you pride yourself on your ability to craft brand experiences that include identity, packaging, web, print and digital applications? Does conceptual thinking matter to you as much visual aesthetic? If so, you may be the designer we’re looking for. Bailey Brand Consulting is seeking an experienced graphic/interaction designer with a diverse skillset who can hit the ground running. You will work as part of a team developing brand applications for a wide range of print and digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have experience with corporate and consumer branding and the ability to communicate complex material in a compelling way. They should have strong skills in typography, page layout, infographics and illustration, as well as in the creation of digital image assets and web design. We are looking for a candidate who: Has 2-5 years agency or in-house experience Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience Is experienced in both web and print design with a portfolio that demonstrates: strong conceptual and visual design skills, including typography, composition, use of color, and strategic thinking an eye for detail application of latest UI and UX best practices Has the ability to design a wide range of materials including print, packaging, web, tradeshow, animated videos, PPT presentations, web pages, and social media image assets Has the ability to take and edit photography Has a strong knowledge and understanding of branding and associated strategies Has strong people and project management skills with a leadership drive Is self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication Has good organizational, project, presentation and time management skills Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID, Acrobat) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Is proficient in Sketch and Figma and can build prototypes in Invision/Marvel Front-end website coding, animation, and video editing experience is a plus Can support client relationships through execution and presentation of assigned deliverables Application Instructions If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, please submit your resume and a link to your online portfolio or provide a PDF portfolio
