Job Description :	*This is not a remote positionThe Indoor Golf Shop is seeking an entrepreneurial minded, tech & marketing savvy individual to join our E-commerce & Marketing Department and build upon the success of this young and growing brand. As our new Graphic / Motion Graphic Designer, you will be tasked with creating engaging & impactful designs, as well as high quality video content that reflect branding priorities. This position will assist various marketing initiatives in support of our business objectives to include defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics inclusive of illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. This role will also be responsible for creating and delivering motion graphics for various media such as editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance video content. The right individual will have an eye for maintaining brand standards in all that we create and publish. If you’re the right person to fill this role you demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational and creative skills, and have a keen eye for design and aesthetics. You’re a team player who brings energy and are not afraid to share your ideas.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreating and delivering motion graphics for various mediaConceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layoutsWorking with creative team to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic designDesigning and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelinesPresenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various internal stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final designExperience and Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field2+ years of graphic & motion graphics design experienceStrong portfolio of sample projectsPossess strong knowledge of design software and technologies particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere ProExcellent communication skills, both written and oralStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsThe ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to navigate ambiguity and a fast-paced environmentA passion for golf is preferred, but not required.
