Job Description :	We are a leading manufacturer/distributor to National and Regional Retailers (mass, mid-tier and warehouse clubs). We are in search for a highly skilled, full-time graphic designer to create, execute and manage product packaging, marketing, and other digital assets.This position is an onsite role, Mon-Fri, in our Los Angeles headquarters.Responsibilities will include:· Create and conceive new brands, packaging concepts across our growing portfolio of products that sell in retail stores and online nationwide.· Design of packaging materials: hangtags, inserts, point of display boxes and sewn in labels.· Establish and manage all documentation of packaging guidelines for any given project (including die-line structures, logo design, typography, copy, photo-retouching and preparing files for printers, vendors, or factories).· Work with our overseas factories to ensure all packaging materials are delivered in time for production.· Manage and approve packaging quality.· Create digital assets for use on our retail partner’s websites. These assets would include product shots, product lifestyle photos· Help create assets to maintain company website· Report to the Art Director and work with senior management and sales department on presentations and other projects.Skills and Requirements:· BA in Graphic Design or Equivalent Experience· Portfolio showcasing design abilities to execute at a high level, with a keen eye for type color and layout.· 5 + years experience. Past packaging development work in consumer products/retail a big plus.· Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must be detailed oriented and organized.· Ability to demonstrate a high level of creativity, excitement, and integrity in your work.· Must be able to manage multiple projects and design files simultaneously to stay on schedule and meet deadlines.· Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are a must.· Advanced Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint also required. Working Knowledge of CSS and WordPress is a plus.· Must be Mac proficient, yet also able to work on a PC.About Us:We are a well-established company with continued growth.
