| Job Description : | GRAPHICS DESIGNER **** Please indicate desired Compensation/Salary ****RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates visually effective digital and print communications: advertisements, booklets, brochures, electronic and printed invitations, flyers, presentations, posters, promotional items, social media graphics and stationery using a variety of software (i.e., Acrobat reader, After Effects, Excel, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Premiere, Word and others)Design and create original layouts on concepts for new projectsBrainstorm with marketing team members to develop new design conceptsReview and QC with a meticulous eyeResearch and report on industry design trendsInterpret project kick-off direction, take meticulous notes for revisionsUpdate progress via project management platformEdit and retouch photosTake full ownership of your work.REQUIREMENTSA bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field and 5 or more years of experience.Experience in the beauty industry is preferredHigh level design program skillsAbility to conceptualize and present on-brand ideasSkillful at adapting creative to various mediumsAbility to present concepts and design ideas clearly to colleagues and partners in group or one-to-one meetings.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze, propose and implement solutions.Adheres to organizational structures and protocol, professional standards and business environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Print Services equipment (i.e., copiers, cutter and binder).Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments.Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Work comfortably in a fast-paced environmentJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Graphic design: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
