We are currently growing our design department and are looking for someone that wants to grow with us!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create Multi-Family, Residential/Community/Retail, and Healthcare sign needs and Sign Program packages.Technical aptitude is necessary to read and comprehend architectural drawings, blueprints, and various construction schedules.Solid understanding of ADA regulatory sign compliance, as well as city sign codes and ordinances.Working knowledge of sign fabrication techniques and materials with the ability to generate detailed and accurate production documents to be used in manufacturing.Organize workload, adhere to deadlines.Attend all department and company meetings.Commitment to company core values.All other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: BA in Graphic Design or a related field.Prior sign, exhibit, architecture, and/or industrial design-related experience (Preferred).Proficient in working in MAC platform with Adobe Illustrator (CAD dimensions tools), Photoshop, Acrobat, and Excel (Required).Exceptional time management and verbal/written communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to handle high-volume processing.Ability to follow directions and is a quick learner.Ability to communicate professionallyJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:We are following all CDC, state, and local COVID-19 guidelines.Work Location: One location
