Job Description :	Must have: Must be Vaccinated5 + years’ experience with Instructional Design5+ years’ experience creating training material such as E-learning or Instructor based curriculum developmentGraphic Design backgroundExperience with Infographics, creating templates and assetsProficient in Adobe CS such as Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Photoshop in addition to Microsoft OfficeExperience working with Articulate 360 or similar platform such as captivatePlus: Experience working with software that outputs SCORM files is preferred but not requiredExperience working with Oracle HCMDay to Day: Apply solid instructional design skills, effective learning principles, and creativity to course design to engage employees in the learning process, encourage participation, and meet the requirements of the adult learner Collaborate with team members on graphic design, best practices, and recommend new ideas or methods for enhancing our curriculumSets and maintain design standards for the development and deployment for training across the companyLiaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) /clients to identify performance and training requirementsWork with subject matter experts to quickly assess, design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, web-based, and workbook training materials that are educational and effectiveDevelop learning assessments and provide ongoing feedback and recommendationsEvaluate and enhance the overall content design of existing ACCO curriculumStay up-to-date and expand knowledge on instructional design and industry trends and related technologyAnalyze content, target audience, job tasks, and learner environment to identify appropriate instructional strategies and define learning objectivesCollaborate with internal departments to stay abreast of current standards and best practices for content management and integrationCreate, maintain, and communicate project/training plans to ensure timely delivery of training materials and programsCreation of related visuals such as charts, logos, infographics, and dashboardsResearch, acquire, and format stock photos for use in learning materialsJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: Multiple Locations
