About the Team Digital Web Creative is a dynamic team of talented, digital marketing designers and digital production artists. We work closely with our editorial counterparts to make our print, emails, website and digital marketing assets come alive with the Pottery Barn Kids brand voice. We also collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners in eCom, Front End, Brand Marketing, Photo Studio and PR to name a few! About the Role Design, create and coordinate in the preparation of digital assets for marketing across digital, emails and social campaigns. Responsibilities Assist with the design and execution of all daily and weekly emails Assist with seasonal marketing campaigns supporting emails and social creative Assist and work directly with the Senior Designer to introduce new and innovate designs Design and create digital marketing assets across multiple channels and social platforms Collaborate with and support design team members on Pottery Barn Kids and Teen Digital Creative teams across US and Global websites Color correct or alter imagery in Photoshop as needed Code and test daily emails Criteria You have a Bachelor’s degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design You have a demonstrated record of bringing new ideas to fruition Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver, and Sketch Basic understanding of Dreamweaver/HTML Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines Outstanding communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines Familiarity with current online advertising practices and functionality 1+ years of digital design experience, preferably in retail brands Ability to perform work onsite in the (San Francisco, Rocklin, Portland, New York, San Jose) office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
