About This Role

We’re looking for an experienced Jr. Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll work within our Creative Department to make engaging content for our team, our partners, and their consumers. At Neato, our focus is helping brands stand out and grow in competitive marketplaces. As our Jr. Graphic Designer you’ll assist in creating unique content that is data-driven and consumer-focused for all types of platforms and marketplaces.

In addition to working with our Brand Partners, you’ll build on and maintain Neato’s own branding, internally and externally, by updating our current assets and creating new ones. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and deploying social assets across multiple platforms – as well as other engaging content (i.e., digital ads, marketing materials, blog posts, presentations, infographics, etc.)
This position is best suited for a multi-faceted creative, with a strong sense of design and a passion for expanding their skillset. Specifically, our team is looking for a designer that has expertise in social media and design in ecommerce.

Here’s some things you’ll work on at Neato:

Concept, design, and delivery of quality assets to be used across a variety of platforms
Create print marketing materials, presentations, and infographics
Generate and maintain social media content for our brand
Assist in photography/video production timelines from concept to final edits
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm innovative content ideas
Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on internal and external workload
Work independently, and as part of a team, on a variety of creative projects

Qualification & Skill Requirements

Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 4+ years of relevant Graphic Designer experience
Expert in social media content creation and deployment (specifically LinkedIn and Instagram)
Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Spark)
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Posses a strong creative voice and an eye for design
Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Portfolio with a variety of projects (especially ecommerce/consumer/product focused content)
Available to work on-site/in-office during business hours
Ability to work remotely, if required
Amazon/ecommerce experience a huge plus
