About the role Deel is looking for a Junior Designer to join the Brand Team and support us in shaping a variety of brand expressions. The role is perfect for someone who has interest in working at a company that solves a real human problem. We move swiftly so ideally you would enjoy a fast pace environment. This job is fully remote, with teammates currently based across the U.S. and Europe. What you’ll do at Deel You will work with senior designers and copywriters on integrating brand messaging, imagery and type into deliverables ranging from advertising media drivers, website elements, social media posts, marketing tools (e.g., editorial pieces and presentations,) and more. Some key qualifications BFA in graphic design or similar Internship or 1+ years of design experience working in the design or advertising industry Strong typography skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma A passion for graphic design and bravery to push the creative boundaries An enthusiastic self-starter who not only listens to the directions but who also proposes proactive ideas Bonus points Experience designing for social media Animation skills Total Rewards At Deel, our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are, no matter their location.
