As we grow our team, we currently are seeking new member(s) for the role of Junior Designer/Graphic Designer. Our ideal candidate is creative and visual while also excellent at project management. Candidates should understand, and be interested in, all aspects of interior design. Graphic Design Responsibilities: Design all marketing materials including catalogs, leave behinds, branded collateral, press releases, signs for showroom use, etc. Create visuals including GIFs and video for newsletters, monthly website updates, quarterly collection launches and sales collateral as needed Color-correct images for each launch as needed Develop and maintain brand guidelines for creative use Create all branded assets including totes, business cards, giveaway items, etc. Partner with Director of Marketing and Director of National Sales on packaging for, and presentation of, sampling and orders Design Responsibilities: Pattern development – help render and create pattern repeats on Photoshop Support the custom design program – catalogue and tag samples Assist in maintaining the design studio and sample library Support marketing and design team with seasonal photoshoots Support other marketing and design projects as needed Success in this position is achieved when individual(s) possess the following skill set: Bachelor of Design, preferably in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or related field 1-2 years of digital design work experience (internships are accepted) Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand scale, color, and repeats High proficiency in the Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience working on photoshoots a plus Layout design that translates across multiple platforms (web, email, mobile, print) An imagination that sparks original and fresh ideas We offer a competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life, LTD and paid time off and company holidays.
