Job Description :	Junior Digital Graphic Designer Rooms To Go is looking for a Junior Digital Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house design team. As a Junior Digital Graphic Designer, you will interact with the Digital Marketing team including Creative and Ecommerce Merchandising. Your role will focus on creating digital graphic assets for a mix of multimedia projects. We want someone who has a good eye, cares about esthetics, loves typography, and gets excited about designing something new and compelling. Were looking for someone able to multi-task and manage multiple timelines. As a team contributor, this person performs tasks effectively, develops collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively and professionally. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the digital creative space, understanding of various online marketing platforms and experience with commonly used design tools. This candidate should have experience designing digital assets: web & social banner advertising and website graphics. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Core Capabilities: Works with our design team to support creative efforts such as web banners and online promotional assets including social media, ads and native ads. Retail and/or Ecommerce experience preferred. Creative mindset with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be a team player with a strong work ethic. Works well with others. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Flexible under time requirements and changing deadlines. Required Skills: Bachelors degree required. Marketing/Design Major preferred. 1-3 years relevant work (and internship) experience. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites: Photoshop and Illustrator Motion animation and/or video editing skills would be a plus.
