Job Description : | All Points North Lodge is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer! Full-Time This position may be performed remotely. Preference may be given to Malibu, CA area. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of various design samples from past work, a tangible passion for mental health and addiction treatment, and a self-motivated, scrappy, eager-to-learn work style. This is a great opportunity to work in mission-minded marketing with a growing company! You will report to the Director of Marketing and be advised by the Senior Graphic Designer. You will work on a tight-knit creative team also comprised of a content marketing specialist, marketing coordinator, email marketing specialist, digital media producer, and social media specialist. About the Position The position requires a willingness to dig in, do research, get excited, develop ideas, and run with your projects. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and flex your design and marketing skills in a variety of arenas. You’ll represent our brand through designing content and marketing with our sleek, polished, modern, and warm brand voice. Our marketing audience spans both B2B and B2C audiences. We don’t have any affinity for micromanaging, so be willing to throw your ideas in the ring, take ownership, and create excellent content. You will work consistently with the director of marketing and senior graphic designer to plan, create, and edit print and digital materials. And if you have a great idea, we’ll run with it and give you all the credit. Sound interesting? Responsibilities: Utilize Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to produce and edit sleek digital and print collateral and corresponding graphics and layouts Work in close collaboration with senior designer, marketing director, social media specialist, email marketing specialist, writer, and other team members to deliver graphics and content as a part of paid campaigns and organic campaigns Complete one-off project requests from company team members for tasks such as nametags, merch, fillable forms, pdfs, signs, invitations, flyers, social posts, email templates, banners, infographics, letterheads, e-books, display ads, thumbnails, watermarks, and more Study design briefs and/or meet with stakeholders to determine requirements and vision Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and gather input from stakeholders Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and make final edits in collaboration with senior designer, marketing director, and stakeholders Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, infographics, and other designs using software or by hand Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic or piece, in accordance with brand guidelines and stakeholder input Test graphics across various media and gather feedback from stakeholders and other marketing team members on their performance and appropriateness Ensure final graphics, layouts, and materials are visually appealing, checked for details, and on-brand Adapt to changing trends and recommend best practices in collateral design Create imagery and video for social use (infographics, posts, reels, shorts, youtube add-ins) Maintain the appropriate tone for brand audience Requirements: Benefits |
