Cultural Care Au Pair
Location: Cambridge, MA based in our hub office

The role & responsibilities:
We are seeking an ambitious, passionate, happy & talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing group. As a Junior Graphic Designer you will report to the Art Director in our North America hub office. You will work closely with our small team of creatives and marketers to create projects both digitally and for print for our worldwide sales teams. The right person will be as motivated as they are cheerful, collaborative, and have a passion for design no matter how big or small the project.
Work on print related tasks during our yearly print production for 15+ international market versions, including brochures, posters, flyers etc.
Create and design digital pieces for all trending social channels
Create promotional assets for emails, paid and organic social content
Select photos that tell a story from our photo library
Design for video and collaborate with our video editor
Design sales presentations
Ensure visual and voice consistency across all creative projects and brand initiatives, acting as a guardian of our brand standards
Collaborate with the internal marketing team and contribute new creative and design ideas to group brainstorms
Assist in the management of our creative assets, and help to keep our creative server well organized
Your qualifications:
1-2 years of experience designing as part of a marketing or creative team
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
Design capability across many mediums and channels (from print to digital and presentations, to merchandise and anything in between)
Knowledge in prepress
Ability to think conceptually and execute efficiently
Willingness to jump in wherever and whenever the team needs you
Excited to select photos that tell a story
Proactive problem solver and an “I’ll figure it out” attitude
Work ethic to meet tight deadlines
Excellent time management skills
Love a rapid pace
Eye for detail and flexibility
Positive and open-minded person with good communicative skills
Collaborate spirit and the ability to work well in team dynamics
Openness to constructive feedback and a desire to constantly improve
