Responsibilities will be cross-functional within Marketing, Production, and E-Commerce. The Graphic Designer aspect of the role will also execute digital marketing and print assets across all marketing channels.The Junior Graphic Designer will be expected to work autonomously and complete daily assignments, including, but not limited to: client presentation decks, marketing collateral, product guides, and design projects handled by the marketing team. The role will include marketing admin, production, analytics, and more.As a dynamic, growing, and recognized company, we seek an experienced, motivated and hardworking professional who wants to make a career in design and all elements included in marketing and business development.QualificationsEducation and Experience: Associate Degree and 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.1+ years experience within a fast-paced design/print production environment.Must be proficient in the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite on MAC.Must be proficient in Marketo.Hands on experience with MS Office, Google Docs and WordPressBasic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.Good organizational and time-management skillsFamiliarity with social mediaExcellent writing skills in EnglishFamiliarity with Trello and Slack a PLUS.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both in collaboration with designers/directors, but also tackle projects autonomously.Positive disposition with collaborative work ethic.Responsibilities * Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop design assets across all channels (including email and social story design, site assets, paid media, digital and printed marketing materials, internal and client-facing decks etc.)Ideate new design templates for email, sale initiatives, social media templates, seasonal campaign launches, site banners and landing pages, etc.Develop inspiring and strategic layouts for print and digital marketing collateral.Carry out graphic design tasks from ideation to production.Create and help to schedule and publish engaging contentManage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web trafficHelp to schedule and update editorial calendar with content and graphic assets.Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection) * Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.Understand project goals and adhere to deadlines.Maintain brand consistency and quality across all media.Skills * Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.Must be extremely detail-oriented and very well organizedAbility to interact with internal peers and management as well as vendors and clients.Ability to prioritize assignments in order to anticipate and meet multiple deadlines.Detail- and results-oriented self-starter with disciplined workflow practices.Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.Possess strong time management and organizational skillsHave an analytical mind and be a creative problem solverFor consideration, please include your resume and a link or pdf of your work.About Duggal Visual Solutions: Duggal Visual Solutions specializes in producing compelling visual experiences and transforming environments.
