Description Work under Creative Lead/Art Director and in partnership with cross functional teams to design print, digital and in-store assets to support overall brand strategy, new product launches and evergreen content. Adapt design across a variety of specification in a suite of assets. Implement and build on creative direction to keep high-visibility assets fresh and exciting. Work cross functionally with Brand Marketing and Channel teams to deliver assets to achieve business goals. Deliver clear, concise and thorough communication of campaign and design goals. Collaborate with creative team in brainstorming new and innovative ways to. Support Creative Team needs with designing company-wide graphics, presentations, and decks. BA or BFA required in related field Portfolio needed. 2+ years of relevant work experience within agency or in-house Creative team Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Highly driven, proactive and takes initiative. Superior organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills. Deadline oriented and ability to self-manage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment. Our client is a top hair care brand and serves as a pioneer in the hair care space.
