Job Description :	TBN Next Generation serves kids, youth, and young adults from ages 2-24 with innovative multi-platform media. The team consists of tech and media experts that are using social media, television broadcast, and digital media platforms to build channels that effectively engage younger audiences. TBN is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer & Media Manager with experience from the digital media industry to join our growing Next Generation team in Fort Worth, TX. This position will nurture unique opportunities to sharpen your craft and develop additional skills. MISSION: The majority of this role will be creating an amazing look and feel for all visual content for the Next Generation brand. We will look to you to establish all creative assets for our brand and additionally create graphics for social media platforms and streaming video thumbnails. You will always be looking to improve and evolve our visual assets. You will be supervised by our creative team and work closely with our social media and content marketing team to strategize on advertising campaigns. Periodically you will be called upon to manage media, video edit promos and/or reels, and provide general production support. OUTCOMES: Aid in establishing new visual brand for our platforms, website, and social media channels Support all Next Gen graphic design needs for advertising, partnerships and beyond Create a high volume of digital ads, multiple creative approaches Create thumbnail and keyart templates for new series and regularly refine templates to create a fresh appearance Collaborate on new brand creations for shows and media ventures Design email templates for new shows and dedicated digital communications Create visually appealing social media campaigns by designing templates and special assets for social media manager Evolve our creative look and feel over time with current design trends and new social platforms Solid video edits for promos and clips Assist with studio productions and field productions Assist with platform management including thumbnail uploads and metadata Broadcast reporting and scheduling COMPETENCIES: General Excellent design skills Video editing capability Creative thinker Self-starter Passion for startups and new media on emerging platforms Comfortability on film and TV production sets Familiarity with Christian youth culture and media Relational Coachable Team player Technical Adobe Suite Editing in Premiere Ability to organize creative files Plus: Motion Graphic abilities Understanding of evolving social media platforms At least two years of work experience as a graphic designer Established portfolio or website with relevant media portfolio to view
