What You’ll Do: The Lead Graphic Design is responsible for delivering world class design on behalf of Curaytor clients. Design is one of the primary deliverables that sets Curaytor apart from our competition. We believe that creative is the single most important factor in standing out in the crowded digital marketing world and this role is charged with pushing the envelope of what Curaytor is capable of delivering at scale. Your goal is to deliver best-in-class creative and help your teammates develop their skills and expertise to ensure a consistent level of excellence from the entire Design department. If you are passionate about design, love digital marketing, thrilled by the challenge of customizing beautiful design at scale, and want to help mentor a team of designers on your way to future leadership positions, we want to talk to you. Build unique & customized design assets: Help clients stand out in their market, while reinforcing Curaytor dominance as a design-first partner in real estate. Example deliverables could include website layouts, website images, ad creative, marketing collateral, logos, etc. Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor and train a small team of graphic designers by developing capabilities, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging growth. Supervise the team in its completion of daily design tasks and partner with the Manager to scope and prioritize the project cue for the team.
