As a visual designer at GoSite you will partner with cross functional leaders across the business to conceptualize, adapt, and execute visually engaging experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about delighting our customers through innovative designs.What you’ll do: Designing marketing assets for email, mobile, print, social media and web.Ensure that the brand is maintained across all channels and lives up to the highest standards.Managing relationships across engagement, marketing and technology functions to determine appropriate content, cadence, and creativity.Improving all KPIs, including deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, opt-out rate, revenue, and business goals.Contribute to strategic planning in the design process as aligned to business goals and customer value.Interpret creative briefs, documented channel-specific best practices, and previous performance data to produce high-performing creative.Provide feedback for creative briefs and contribute ideas to the creative process.Digest and implement design feedback from multiple stakeholders in real-time.Partner with the Product Design, and front-end developers to export assets for mobile and web.Communicate directly with internal stakeholders to successfully and efficiently meet the deliverable requirements of a project.Requirements: 7+ years of working and conceptual knowledge of cross platform design -all touch points within the service experience: Mobile/Tablet; Web – responsive and mobile friendlyAn outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in storytelling, illustration, typography, visual, UI design and motionExperience in leading and communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process.Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environmentHave a strong understanding of the latest design tools, concepts, and technologiesAbility to identify overarching digital design issues and opportunities and implement effective solutionsAbility to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and come up with ideas that are relevant and enticingStrong understanding and experience with various web design softwareProven experience creating designs that impacts user engagement and website conversionsBA/BS degreeOur Amazing Perks!Remote First: The opportunity to work fully remote or from our beautiful San Diego or San Ramon offices #LI-remoteInsurance: Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans including options 100% paid for by GoSiteRetirement: We want to help you save for your future with a 401(k) account and company match up to 4%Investment: In recognition of your contributions to GoSite we’ll give you the opportunity to be an owner in the business via stock options.
