By delivering these elements via a fully integrated digital-first experience, we are the operating system people will use to understand and improve their physical and mental performance.We are hiring a Graphic Designer to help refine Lifeforce’s visual identity, inspire and attract our target audience, and enhance the Lifeforce experience for existing members. This role will be responsible for designing a wide variety of digital graphics, including organic social media assets, paid ads, and editorial-driven artwork and infographics.As our Graphic Designer, you will: Concept and design digital assets across key functional areas of the business, including marketing, social media, and editorialManage creative briefs, prioritization, and workflowRefine visual branding and maintain consistency across the website, blog, and all marketing channelsWork closely with Head of Marketing to create results-driven paid ads and other marketing assetsPartner with Head of Content to create original artwork and infographics to bring editorial content, social media platforms, and key landing pages to lifeDesign weekly marketing and newsletter emailsBuild shot lists and assist with photography shoots as neededTake point on photo sourcing, retouching, and resizingCreate printed and digital promotional materials as neededYou Should Get In Touch If: You have a minimum 4 years of experience in graphic designYou have a strong sense of composition, layout, and typographyYou understand what makes a successful brand and are adept at translating brand strategy into visual designYou have the ability to work in a team environment and take direction and feedback in strideYou have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailYou are comfortable working quickly on tight deadlines, managing multiple projects at onceYou are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InDesignYou have basic-to-intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSSYou keep up with new design trends, tools, and techniques and are passionate about the health and wellness spaceYou have a history of success, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environmentWhat We Offer: A talented, creative, and High-EQ teamCompetitive pay with equity compensationGenerous benefits package including Healthcare, Dental, VisionAbility to create the culture of the organization as an early leaderOpportunity to truly have an impact within a growing organizationJob Type: Full-time |
