Job Description :	Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Marketing Graphic Design Coordinator based in our Irvine, CA location. The Marketing Graphic Design Coordinator is primarily responsible for the creation and production of creative content and elements for in house and customer facing materials. Additionally, this person will assist with coordinating the creative process and communicating with both department stakeholders and internal customers. This position will help in the idea generation process and be relied on to take approved ideas and provide creative and branded print/digital solutions.This position is full-time, in-office only. General Responsibilities Drive the successful completion of design projects by creating materials for both digital and print applications for in house and some customer facing projects Creating branded assets including but not limited to logos, flyers, posters, web banners, invitations, web pages and online assets like banners, icons, ecomm images and email graphics/campaigns Photo and image editing as needed including but not limited to retouching/clean up, post editing, manipulation Assist with and at times handle the production of marketing materials when printing or packout vendors are not utilized Assist in brainstorming of concepts for upcoming projects Rework existing materials for new dimensions, new implementations or reprints Packing out finished pieces Various marketing program assistance as needed Work Schedule + Benefits Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Department needs may call for occasional overtime Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing Plan and 401(k) Plan Qualifications 2-4 years of Graphic Design and Marketing experience Some college preferred (Marketing and or Graphic Design courses a plus) Proficient in web based graphics including formatting, optimization, and on screen considerations Understanding of typography, layout, color and graphic design principles Understanding/working knowledge of the printing process and paper Ability to take projects from concept development to production Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work under tight deadlines Adobe creative suite – photoshop, illustrator, InDesign experience required Motion graphics software is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Computer literacy in both word processing and spreadsheet functions Strong customer service skills For Store associates: Minimum one (1) year tenure with In-N-Out Burger Minimum Level 3 No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months and must be in good standing with Management In-N-Out Burger was founded in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park, California, and remains privately owned and operated.
