Job Description : Green Street Real Estate Ventures is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in St. Louis, MO. This person will be an essential part of promoting and upholding brand standards for Green Street Real Estate Ventures, Green Street Building Group, HDA, O’Toole Design and Emerald Capital Strategic Advisors.ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITYThe Green Street marketing team are vital contributors to our business, and the Marketing Graphic Designer is responsible for continuously maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, both internally and externally. This includes reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company’s visual representation in all aspects of design including typography, composition, and color. The creative talents of the individual in this role will be applied to presentations, digital content, marketing materials, sales documents, trade show materials and web graphics. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the Business Development teams by designing presentations, offering memorandums and project packages to our investors and clients. The successful candidate will be an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who strives for design excellence and enjoys challenges.The position is full-time in St. Louis and will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Marketing Graphic Designer is responsible for developing company imageries and delivering a powerful and consistent brand. This will be achieved via digital and print form and by leveraging a proven graphics ability with great attention to details. The main function of this position is to provide consistent and timely design work for investor offerings and presentations, with a focus on deadline-driven production.Design and maintain marketing materials including investor offerings, presentations, proposals, real estate maps, brochures, trade show displays and more using the Adobe Creative Suite.Manage production – either digitally or in print – of above marketing materials.Create graphics for real estate development, construction, architecture, and interior design brands.Maintain brand standards and style across all materials.Assist with social media graphics, as needed.Assist with the process of company website redesign with selected firm and content upload.Update existing web sites in the interimContribute to collaborative marketing efforts and assist with special events as needed.Effectively manage daily administrative tasks.Assist Chief Marketing Officer in keeping an accurate marketing budget.Contribute to internal marketing and engagement activities in collaboration with Marketing and HR teams.Articulate communication skills – written, verbal, pictorial, numerical – as relevant to marketing processes.Independently write reports and correspondenceMaintain proficiency in technology and software programs, as required, to execute the marketing strategy and plan.Demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving when faced with new challenges, specifically the ability to access resources inside and outside of the company.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSBA/BS (minimum) degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.Two years of graphic design experience, preferably in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Advanced knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.Adept at Microsoft Office software.Working knowledge of web design is a plus, but not required.Photography and video skills preferred.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Experience working in real estate development, construction or architecture industries is a plus, but not required.Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner.Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills.Demonstrated initiative.ABOUT GREEN STREETGreen Street Real Estate Ventures (“Green Street”) is an award-winning, vertically integrated mixed-use development, design, construction, and property management company that specializes in Class A, urban, multifamily, office, retail and industrial developments.
