What you will be doing This position is for a creative graphic designer with a proficiency in visual storytelling and a strong interest in new technologies. You will be responsible for designing, creating, and executing visual elements for supplementing marketing projects. As a part of the marketing team, you will be working alongside fellow creatives, leadership, and neighboring departments to strategically interpret concepts into artistic mediums across varying audiences. You must have B.S. in Graphic Design or similar field 3+ years work experience in graphic design or a similar role Professional experience with graphic design applications Ability to develop, follow, and apply a consistent design language Excellent storytelling skills Strong skills with graphic design tools The ability to and interpret complex technological concepts into broadly comprehensible and engaging stories for wider audiences Ability to work well with others and effectively interpret ideas presented by leadership and team members Strong ability to self-manage You should have Familiarity with visual asset management Ability to travel occasionally to trade shows and industry events The ability to work well in a time-efficient manner and under pressure It’s helpful to have Experience with art and similar creative fields outside of graphic design A strong familiarity with MacOS Familiarity with web development technologies Interest in human-centered design, sustainability, impact, green building Startup experience Compensation, Perks, & Benefits: Competitive compensation Equity share Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, FSA, HSA, Disability, and Term Life Insurance Annual PTO front loaded on Day 1 (no accruals!)
