Job Description :	I. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and executing marketing content and strategy that contribute to the sales and growth of the organization. Primary responsibilities include development of graphic design content, digital ads, ad placement, developing and managing social media promotion programs. Assists the Marketing Director with all aspects of marketing the bank. II. JOB DUTIES: Create, manage, and report on the deployment of marketing content and campaigns in various digital channels such as network display, banner and tile, PPC, retargeting ads, social media, email marketing, and co-marketing on third party vendor sites. Create and deliver integrated marketing programs and strategies to increase usage of electronic products and services. Helps implement an annual Marketing Plan and oversee communication and implementation. Analyze results, assess performance and recommend refinements to improve performance for future eCommerce promotions. Meets/works with sales team to promote products and services by developing content for sales team success. Creates and distributes educational and promotional publications i.e. print ads, brochures, posters (static and multimedia), letters and newsletters to include graphic design, layout and text requirements. Projects a positive and consistent image of the company in all materials. Posts online ads for identified websites. Responds to customer emails and other communications. Responsible for prioritizing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and develops effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with the ability to complete projects on time. Prepare and distribute marketing materials; product and service brochures, single sheet flyers, and handouts for customers. Maintain relationships with outside vendors and meet vendor guidelines for content creation. Maintain TouchPoint calendar duties. Assist in the creation and edit presentations for prospect/client meetings. Assist in generating company promotions including advertising, events, and exhibits. Create and publish forms for both internal and external use. Develop social media, website, and marketing content. Develop and maintain forms within the Dart Bank Forms Library. Engage with the marketing team on a regular basis to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative marketing and social media campaigns. Research industry-specific sites (blogs, forums, etc.) for product reviews, customer comments, and other relevant marketing information. Performs various marketing duties as assigned Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act. III. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Mobility Use of hands Vision Communicate verbally IV. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred. Enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications or related field. Skills and Experience: Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, EXCEL, Word and Outlook). Complete knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is required; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Affects, and Adobe DC. Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms of digital marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
