Job Description :	post1Will be working in Trust & safety organization which reports to chief of staff department.Support role for the department to design and build PowerPoint presentation, google slide presentation design.Requirement:PowerPoint expertise.Google slide design expertise.Graphics background, Photoshop design, can take contents from stake holders, who can create ppt for various meetings.Stakeholders : directors, VP’s , engineering , BI products managers etc..Should be able to write success stories on a project, process they are implementing.80% presentation and 20% PM responsibilities.Slides will vary from – 5- 50 slides.Anywhere from 2-5 presentation..Day to Day: Meet with stake holders, to gather information, collect information and prepare presentation for meetings.Tools: Power Point, Microsoft Office Suite to include Sharepoint, Google WorkspaceUpdated Job description: Main Responsibilities:Designing presentation slides, formatting presentations for executivesAbility to take raw text and data and convert them into digestible, exec-ready slidesAbility to tell stories through powerful presentations and documentsUnderstand content and utilize best design practices to create purposeful presentationsPhotoshop/Design, create designPlan and execute initiatives and adhoc projectsWork with multiple stakeholders build multiple relationships, monitor and drive progress on projectsOversee operational program management projects for Chief of Staff teamsBasic Qualifications: BA/BS degree or related work experiencePreferred Qualifications:Expertise in Power Point, Microsoft Office Suite to include Sharepoint, Google WorkspaceDemonstrated creative conceptualization, design and layout skillsExperience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira)Strong execution and experience hosting and delivering on global complex projectsWorking knowledge of project life cycleExcellent communication, analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights and recommended actionsAbility to logically structure and analyze ambiguous problemsAbility to communicate with executive team, business and recruiting leadersAbility to be highly productive and proactive with supporting key stakeholdersAbility to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervisionAbility to work in a fast-paced, growing environmeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $55.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Powerpoint: 4 years (Required)Google slide Design: 2 years (Required)Presentation skills: 5 years (Required)Project management: 3 years (Required)Work Location: Remote
