Job Description:
Marketing Production Designer will be onsite in Owings Mills, MD. Remote candidates will not be considered. Assignment is 6 month contract with possible extension.
This role is focused on the body of work, and the ability to work through numerous projects. The person in this position will work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, production environment. Candidates should be interested in this type of production role, this is not an opportunity for any original design work.
Responsibilities include:
Serves as part of a production servicing organization, providing client, sales and marketing collateral for internal business partners as well as clients/prospects in a timely manner with the highest level of quality, compliance and brand awareness
Collaborate closely with team to compile marketing, sales and client materials
Utilize comprehensive design and production knowledge focusing on technical design solutions and strategies
Executes on the end-to-end production and distribution process for completing repeatable standardized client, sales and marketing materials utilized internally and externally of the organization as well as strategic ad-hoc or “special projects” production design requests

Qualifications:
Must thrive in fast paced production environment
Ability to collaborate closely and partner with art directors, designers, and other team members
Experience making various formats of supplied artwork production-ready
Knowledge to ask the right questions and ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve issues that arise during production
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, juggling multiple projects is critical
Ability to maintain development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on time
Must be process-oriented and collaborative, with sharp eye for detail
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Related degree is a plus
Experience with a Financial Services organization is a plus
Work will be onsite at client site in Owings Mills, MD so only local candidates can be considered; Remote work may be allowed 1-2 days per week
Candidates must successfully complete background check and provide proof of COVID vaccination
