Our client, a global leader in prestige haircare, is looking for a Production Designer to join their team for a remote production designer role.
Production Designer Responsibilities:
Managing a large volumes of assets (deliverables spanning print, digital, photo retouching, OOH/in-store graphics, and more)
Taking creative teams’ rough comps and execute to a pixel-perfect final creative asset
Dedicating to learning, understanding, and actioning work through established brand standards and design aesthetic
Learning the organization’s file-naming structures and file organization processes
Prioritizing outstanding deliverables based on established deadlines (in partnership with Creative Project Manager)
Production Designer Qualifications:
Portfolio demonstrating design and production work
3+ years of experience in design, graphic design
3-5 years of production design experience
Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator is a must
Prior experience in a time sensitive production environment
Experience creating production design efficiencies through template creation and usage
Diligence in file-naming structures and file organization
Ability to work quickly and with multiple points of feedback and changes
Prior experience in a time-sensitive production environment
Expertise with photo retouching
Expertise with image compositing
Deep understanding of grid systems, design principles and layouts
Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process related issues
Strong ability to adhere to Brand design guidelines and specifications for a given project
Clear and concise communication skills
Experience with static and motion assets for Social Media a plus
Proficiency with Motion Graphics Production, including After Effects and Premiere a plus
Experience with Slack, Microsoft Teams preferred
Experience with Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
