You possess the natural ability for building strong working relationships with your cross-functional team members from Brand & Content to Social, Copywriting to Lifecycle Marketing, and Growth to Product Marketing to enable a seamless and smooth process, day in, day out. You are also someone who gets excited at pushing the envelope and creating innovative and compelling creative solutions that delights and surprises our creators to help drive conversion.As a Production Designer at Teachable, you will be working directly with the Creative Studio in collaboration with Marketing and other cross-functional teams at Teachable to enable best-in-class creative solutions and support an extraordinary product that is used by tens of thousands of creators and millions of students.This role will report directly to our Senior Designer. You’ll work closely with them and other members of the Creative Studio team to convert overarching marketing strategy and design concepts into best-in-class solutions.ResponsibilitiesYou’ll partner with the Creative Director, designers, copywriters, producers as well as other cross-functional partners to realize design concepts into various design specs.Create a variety of assets that follow our brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity, consistency, accuracy, and quality.Build decks, templates, and presentations for Teachable stakeholders to maintain brand integrity internally and externally. You’ll ensure that all creative coming out of your workflow adheres to creative brief and requirements, objectives and deadlines.You’ll work to adapt various campaign and evergreen initiatives across diverse and different mediums such as, but not limited to, social assets, video/motion, email newsletters, pendos, banners, display ads, keynotes, gifs, PDFs, templates, and infographics.You will help to translate marketing strategies and design concepts to fit a variety of different mediums and specifications.Support and assist the creative studio team to wireframe, design, build, and deliver landing pages for our marketing site.Be able and ready to support all areas of design, when applicable. Having an integrated mindset that encapsulates both conceptual and technical skill sets is crucial to being successful in this role.You’ll be expected to bring a keen eye for detail dealing with pre and post production of the design process such as file organization, file naming, file management, export optimizations, web dimensions, digital best practices, and software efficiencies.Support in the team in QA efforts across all of our landing pages and design collateral.Create creative solutions for A/B testing to gauge performance and propel growth.Support our creative producer in identifying, facilitating, and optimizing workflows and processes as it pertains to your production design tasks and deliverables.Ability to prioritize your bandwidth, meet deadlines and goals on time, as well as communicate hurdles and conflicts effectively.Maintain current and well-informed across digital design standards, technology, advertising, brand design and 360 integrated campaigns. You have a strong understanding of how to stay relevant to present day design standards.Requirements4+ years of experience and expert understanding of the design production process, helping to craft diverse campaigns, video, photo and creative content at an agency or in-house creative team. Both experiences are a plus.You have a strong interest in the technical and production side of design. You thrive looking for optimizations and efficiencies you can build into the process of design production solutions.Ability to work independently and autonomously with your tasks within a team atmosphere.Fluent and strong working knowledge and understanding of creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, and Webflow).You command a high degree of execution ability with After Effects and have experience creating video storyboards as well as have a high comfort level working in motion, video and animation.Fluent working knowledge of all Google apps (specifically slides) and Keynote.You have excellent communication skills, oral and written. You also possess strong interpersonal skills.You have a willingness to tackle creative tasks that may be untraditional or unfamiliar to you and are eager to learn in areas where you may lack experience or expertise.Self-motivated problem solver who is proficient and comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding creative solutions.You have a keen eye and sweat the smallest of details.
