Job Description :	Production Designer Role Description: Zenni is looking for a capable production designer with a thorough understanding of how typography, layout, color and images impact design. In this hands-on role, you will round out the creative operations team, receiving direction from creative team members and cross-functional stakeholders to execute projects according to established brand guidelines. This will include digital marketing, website creative, advertising, print and out-of-home projects. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering efficient solutions to complex business problems and will be responsible for maintaining creative quality standards through execution. Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to help shape and define creative processes and workflows. This person must have experience designing to style sheets and iterating on designs based on data and testing. Key Responsibilities:Work with graphic designers and art directors to finalize and iterate on designs that support integrated marketing campaigns and ad hoc projects.Work with cross-functional teams including PR and Social media marketing to execute quick-turn projects that are elevated and on-brand.Develop processes and best practices to help establish efficient workflows.Support different phases of creative projects from concept to execution as needed.Ensure all projects and assets are on brand according to established brand style guides.Partner with project managers and creative operations team to ensure timely delivery of projects and remove design blockers for creative team.Partner with digital asset manager to own asset distribution to external agencies as needed.Maintain and update design guidelines and templates.Must be comfortable working with a wide team, receiving feedback, iterating quickly and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders across disciplines.Possess an outstanding design sense with heavy attention to detail, strong work ethic and willingness to seek projects big and small.Stay current with design trends, tools and technologies. Requirements:2-5 years of experience in retail or eCommerce environment with a lifestyle-oriented brand.Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related fieldDemonstrated track record of designing different marketing assets across mediumsAbility to innovate and evolve design work across channelsHigh degree of technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaHigh level of attention to detail and ability to follow spec sheets.Proficiency in creating videos, GIFs, and motion graphicsPassion for digital content creation specific to new media, advertising campaigns, social content, and videoExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Relevant portfolio of recent work.Excellent listener, effective communicator with strong writing and design background.Ability to handle several projects with competing priorities simultaneously and work well in a deadline driven environment.Experience with digital photography and editing software.Familiarity with UX design principles.
