If you are looking for a rewarding career, not just another job, then come join our team as a Production Specialist!As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the physical production of wraps and signs, which includes preparing substrates and applying vinyl according to instructions and under general direction. You must also be familiar with large format printers, laminators, and plotters. Tasks will include printing, laminating, mounting prints, proofreading signs, and conducting quality assurance to ensure the efficient production of quality, accurate vehicle wraps and signs. You will also be helping with minor graphic design work and installations. Bonus points if you also have experience working with a laser engraving station.The ideal candidate is a creative, self-motivated, and responsible team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best.About M Square Wraps: We are a local family-owned company that is growing quickly. Apply today!RESPONSIBILITIESFollows a layout to place computer-generated vinyl or full color graphic images on a pre-determined substrate or mediumPrepares prints for installation on vehicles and or substratesWeeds excess vinyl from cut graphicsPerforms quality assurance measures pre- and post-productionPerforms operations such as large format printing, laminating, cutting on the plotter, and/or mounting of printed piecesReports inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the office manager/production managerHelps unload materials and cleans and maintains storage areas and worktable areasWorks on different projects simultaneouslyEstablishes and maintains effective team relationshipsFollows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codesServes as back up for the graphic designer as necessaryQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree great, but shop experience is preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa)Able to work well under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality workAble to stand for extended periods of timeAble to lift 50 or more poundsMust have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to vehicles and/or substratesAble to use light power equipmentBENEFITSMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid HolidaysJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)Vinyl Installation: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
