SUMMARY
Responsible for developing creative design solutions for both print and digital media that address corporate business strategies while supporting and coordinating specific specialty industry marketing needs. Consistently delivers results on-time and on-budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and produce brochures, advertisements, announcements, logos, newsletters, flyers, invitations, tradeshow exhibits, and presentations.
Translate complex business and marketing needs into simple, elegant communications that are effective either in print or on-screen, or both.
Understand the importance of brand identity standards and maintain consistency of established standards while pushing to interpret them in inventive and meaningful new ways.
Assist in coordination of events, meetings, and conferences including name tag preparation, banners, check-in, and any other related tasks.
Participate in and contribute to forward-thinking design solutions or ideas during project strategy and/or team brainstorming sessions.
Coordinate production of projects from concept through completion.
Stay abreast of new design industry techniques and/or technologies that will result in process improvement.
Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information).
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Four (4)+ years related work experience in Project Coordination and Desktop Publishing
SKILLS
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and products; including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on skills in PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork
Ability to prioritize to meet very tight turnaround times on multiple projects
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and attitude
