Analyzing market landscape, developing new products from conceptual to mechanical drawing proposals.2. Developing/designing new packaging, displays, graphic artwork for custom designs on current items, new products, and specific private label customer projects.3. Evaluating new product samples (with management) and providing feedback to factory.4. Creating product presentations for management team/customers.5. Responsible for the products’ photography, catalog copy and catalog design and layout6. Maintaining and adding content to website, and daily adds to social media sites.Marketing Research and data gathering8. Benchmarking: research for competitor’s best practices in terms of promotions, displays, and products trends (technology, designs, colors, packing, accessories) together with management team.9. Pricing research.10. Performing research on new fashion trends regarding in each product channel.11. CRM: analyzing information from customers input, regarding their experience with the products and applying these insights in the new products development process.12. Creating retailer/customer focused campaigns, communicating new products releases, and other relevant news.Qualifications and Education Requirements· Bachelor or Associates degree in Design, Mechanical drawing and experience in Product Management, graphic design and/or Engineering.· Must have consumer goods experience. Preferable not mandatory, working with foreign suppliers bringing product from concept through mass production· Graphic designer – 3D Product Design / Product Developer PreferablePreferred Skillsi.
