| Job Description : | Location: Owings Mills, MD Job Terms: Temporary Salary: $24-26/hr Start date: 03/07/2022 Date: 02/18/2022 Job Description: Our large investment client in Baltimore area is looking for a Reporting Specialist / Jr Graphic Designer for a long-term role. Responsibilities of this role include utilizing MS Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign to create and edit layouts for guides, annual reports and presentations; pull reports and organize data in financial reports. This is full time 40 hour per week position for 3 months initially but will extend long term if good fit, majority of work will be performed at client site in Owings Mills, MD but remote work currently allowed 2-3 days per week. This is fast paced and high volume environment with 10-20 hrs/wk paid overtime during 6-8 wks each quarter. This is a perfect opportunity for recent college graduates! This role is heavily data intensive, editorial and production focused initially but includes opportunities for creative work and advancement to other roles and/or permanent opportunities after 6-9 months. Candidates need to be flexible to client demands, and able to plan and manage time, organize tasks, prioritize, creatively solve problems, demonstrate very high attention to detail, and work well under pressure. Must have very strong attention to detail with strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint. Will be a skills assessment on Excel and PowerPoint during interview. Requirements: College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint required Very High Attention to detail & strong communication skills are must have Experience working with layout and editing of provided content desired Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required Experience with SharePoint is a plus Pass skills assessment for Excel & PowerPoint Background check & Proof of COVID vaccination will be required A good fit for the team culture is important. The person in this role will need to be able to prioritize, handle stress, be open to accept feedback, will need to be able to embrace change, keep up with fast pace of work, but can also ask questions and speak up when needed.
