Job Description
Be part of a FUN, energetic team that creates “Custom T-Shirts & More”. Big Frog is looking for an individual with an engaging personality to add to the team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service. Every customer is valued, whether they need 1 shirt or 500 shirts! Our small store works closely with the community, local businesses and schools to create personalized t-shirts (polos, sweatshirts, tote bags & more!).
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw and has at least one year of retail experience. He or she must be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience/skills in project management and copy editing/proofreading is highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Helps gather requirements and project specifications, brainstorms and mocks up design ideas, presents ideas to management and/or customers, and adjusts designs based on feedback
Effectively communicates with customers via phone, email and in-store interactions
Manages inventory and adheres to set budgets
Generates estimates and invoices
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
One year of relevant experience
Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
Neat, clean, dependable and drama free
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Outstanding phone skills
Working knowledge of applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw
Must be able to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday
Must be available to work Saturdays and some holidays |
