Job Opening for Senior Creative Designer in ByteDance (Mountain View, CA)

Responsibilities:

Lead brand strategy and style guide for a product line
Build templates, graphic design, video production work for web portal design, graphic design and digital advertising and promotion campaigns
Work closely with UX designer, product manager, marketing team to drive brand strategy, concept design ideation, and assets production
Assist in planning, shooting, and editing content to be used in digital media channels (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create illustrations, motion assets, and other visual assets for marketing content
Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof-check your own work
In addition to being a great designer, you must be an all-around creative, with an eye for small details and a passion for big ideas

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Understanding creative, design, and marketing processes. Has proof of successful cases on web portal or other marketing design project in portfolio.
5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
Successful track record of producing and editing content for performance marketing ads on digital media channels
Highly creative, organized, and able to work independently with little direction
Ability to multitask and wear many hats
Great communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment
Has skillets on 3D assets and graphic creations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
Experience distilling disparate sources of information into actionable inputs
