Overview:
Frost & Sullivan is currently seeking a Senior Creative Designer & Project Manager who will work alongside a fast-paced global team of motivated marketing professionals. Reporting to the Global Senior Director for Branding & Creative Services, the Senior Creative Designer & Project Manager will be responsible for managing client-facing projects for Consulting and Brand & Demand projects as well as providing creative guidance and input along with graphic design fulfilment. This is an ideal position for someone who is motivated, organized and can work in an extremely fast-paced environment while meeting daily deadlines. This position will work with and manage a small team of graphic designer employees and independent contractors to help support the needs within the organization. The Senior Creative Designer & Project Manager is responsible for the creation and project management of online visual design deliverables for client materials, such as white papers, infographics and customized design requests. This includes working with our brand standards for typography, visual concept, logo and icon design across online and print platforms. They will prepare a variety of graphic design and layout work using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver, among other digital design software. This individual will be comfortable working with both electronic and print materials for a variety of marketing materials.

Responsibilities:
Work directly with internal clients and internal creative team to support externally facing global client billable projectsManage and prioritize multiple projects from kick-off to completion, including creating project schedules and tracking and ensuring all milestones are metComplete projects on time while tracking personal time allocation to projects so they are billed correctly and allocated to the right internal personnel to track overall project profitabilityProvide press-ready final documents to clientsMaintain relationships with key stakeholders across Consulting, Brand & Demand, and the design team to ensure the success of all projects.Support Frost & Sullivan’s Brand Standards with clear understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital mediaWorks with editors and content strategists in the preparation of content; works with artists, graphic designers, and web developers on the preparation and execution of design and layouts.Support the establishment and rollout of new processes and procedures that will contribute better team communication and project documentationAbility to support projects with superior, original designs for print or Web that reflect the Frost & Sullivan brandAssist in brainstorming concepts for efficiency and quality improvements within the global graphics team when needed, especially for complex graphics and projects.Strong design style, including creative design solutions, within the constraints of our brand and the medium usedKnowledge of or strong interest in learning to design interactive and animated assets like infographics, microsites, etc. This would be for client billable projects only.Troubleshoot problems proactively as well as when they arise with both the internal creative team and cross functional teams to ensure projects are managed successfully (i.e., on time, on budget, high quality, smooth process, etc.)Work closely with Global Senior Director of Branding & Creative Services to control process initiatives, maintain status reports and provide data and feedback to upper managementReview, enhance and develop process/policy rules of engagement documents to be shared with global teams selling graphic design services to clients supporting by this groups to communicate rules of engagementConsistent project tracking on Monday.com to provide clear transparency of projects to the Global Sr. Director for Branding & Creative ServicesWeekly submission of Highs, Lows, Emerging Issues and Priorities provided to the Global Sr. Director for Branding & Creative ServicesReview incoming requests from Brand & Demand Project Managers or Consulting Project Managers and address any outstanding questions to understand the scope of work, identify the requirements, gather image and/or design recommendations prior to assigning to a team member for productionWork closely with at least two staff designers and one independent contractor to evaluate design skills and assign projects appropriate to the level of expertise, selecting projects to assign to others and those that should be fulfilled on personally
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Interactive Design or have real-world proven experience in these areasBackground in design and/or production/web designProficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (the Adobe CC Suite) is preferredSkills in HTML, Java Script, CSS are appreciatedAt least 5 years of experience as a graphic artist in both print and Web categoriesAt least 5 years of experience as a project managerPMP Certification preferredAbility to work on multiple projects at once
Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Excellent process orientation skills as well as internal client management skills
