Job Description :	We have an immediate opening for a contract senior graphic designer. The contract senior designer will work closely with our art directors to conceptualize creative strategy and to execute a project from beginning to end. This position is remote and the person must be able to work West Coast Hours (i.e. Pacific Time). Daily, our senior designer will ideate and create compelling print and digital materials that advance our clients’ brand identity. The senior designer must be able to translate marketing strategies into compelling and clear graphic design solutions. This designer will be responsible for supporting our art directors, designers and other cross disciplinary team members as needed. Ideal candidates will have experience designing for retail, corporate and B2B communications and are self-starters with outstanding communication skills who can work with minimal oversight on multiple projects at once. Qualified candidates will have: 4 to 8 years’ experience in a graphic design or art direction role BFA in accredited Graphic Design or Communications Design program A portfolio highlighting mastery in graphic design across multiple mediums Expert knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe XD and Illustrator Ability to receive and provide direction Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly Ability to ideate creative concepts, brand experiences and services Our culture rewards: Energy, creativity and enthusiasm Ability to work autonomously or in groups Team based leadership A good sense of humor A passionate commitment to serve clients, co-workers and community Loyalty and integrity (add)ventures is a multidisciplinary brand culture and communications firm.
