Allergan Aesthetics is looking for a Senior CRM Designer to bring their passion and experience to our CRM and lifecycle creative team. You’ll be joining at an exciting time as we launch our new in-house agency that will support the world’s leading aesthetic brands with personalized communications and loyalty program. This is one of those “once-in-a-lifetime” opportunities where you’ll be integral to the agency’s success right from the beginning. To do this right, we need to hire the best and brightest—and that’s why we want you!
You will report to the Creative Director, CRM who guides the team on bridging narrative-driven storytelling and conversion-focused messaging—across each touchpoint of the consumer journey. You are a master of those lifecycle touchpoints—email, social, landing pages, OLV—and understand how to create the modular design systems to support them. You are passionate about your craft, immersing yourself in typography, layout, and color theory. You hold a sophisticated understanding of design fundamentals and bring a point-of-view that enhances and drives the work. Most importantly, you put the customer first in everything you do—creating visual journeys based on their evolving needs and behaviors that can be continually tested and optimized.
Create engaging, response-generating communications at scale that highlight personalized offers and benefits for target consumers across each stage of the consumer journey
Embody the create-test-iterate mindset across our digital marketing channels‚—email, digital advertising, social, push, SMS, conversion landing pages, and in app messaging
Maintain and elevate the visual identity, typography, palette, photography, and design systems of the brand
Design, QA, and deliver production-ready assets for paid, organic social, and email channels; aligning with creative automation system requirements as required
Understand and create modular design systems based on messaging goals, content libraries and brand guidelines
Partner with marketers to optimize customer acquisition and retention efforts, continually evolving the impact and effectiveness of segmented customer conversations
Adapt feedback, analytics, and insights to gain understanding of user mindset and behavior across the lifecycle journey so you can continually iterate and improve efficacy
Showcase an always-on curiosity, staying up-to-date on trends and bringing fresh ideas that spark creativity
Partner with compliance and review teams to incorporate ongoing requirements and feedback, while ensuring creative work adheres to brand standards
