Job Opening for Senior Designer (Remote) in Olberding Brand Family (Ewing, NJ 08628)

We are in search of a highly creative and responsible Senior Designer to work within a small integrated client-side creative team servicing around 25 premium brands. The client is a manufacturer of consumer goods, in personal care, health, and household categories headquartered in Ewing, New Jersey. However, this role is primarily remote. Reporting to the Design Director, the Senior Designer will work with the design team to support our client in marketing the brands they produce and consumers have come to love. To be successful in this role, you must be able to design within an established brand identity for some of America’s favorite consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands.

Candidates should have a strong eye for detail, enjoy finding ways to push creative forward, and have demonstrated success translating a brand’s identity into a wide variety of assets and formats. In partnership with the agency Design Director, client Creative Director, and brand marketing team, the Senior Designer will create brand-requested assets, including but not limited to: website landing pages, product pages, Ecomm A+ assets, paid media/social platform posts, emails, PR and brand education needs or other content. The Senior Designer will be responsible for such assets from conception to execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a variety of digital design formats including responsive website, social media, online ads, ecomm assets, emails, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Conceptualize highly creative digital and print designs as directed by the client
Develop ideas and creative concepts for a wide variety of projects
Execute advertising materials
Provide art direction and feedback to fellow team members
Display strong leadership and mentorship abilities
Exercise project management skills to adhere to schedules and deadlines
Proactive and self-motivated approach to pushing creative forward
Listens closely and asks questions in order to problem solve and translate client information into design concepts, voice, messages, and rationales
Outwardly support a positive creative team attitude, culture, behavior, teamwork and professional development. Lead accordingly
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, or equivalent work experience
7+ years’ experience
Strong portfolio
Agency experience preferred
Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
Excellent knowledge of Adobe XD or Sketch
Strong project management and organization skills
Knowledge of consumer products, creative design, and digital artwork
