We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Product Associate in the Alpharetta, GA area.Job Summary: The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of all Ceramic Technics Ltd. marketing materials including the public facing websites and social media. From merchandising to advertising this person will work as the lead graphic designer and manage additional graphic designers to establish a consistent look across all media and establish a file maintenance protocol, management, and SOP for artwork in the department.This position demands a highly-motivated and creative individual with a passion for design and razor-sharp attention to detail. This person must be able to communicate essential information in an organized, logical way. Critical to their success is the ability to communicate effectively, adherence to timelines, strong project management skills, and a positive team player in a fast paced environment. In this role, the Senior Graphic Designer must be able to receive and give direction, flexible, managing several projects at once. Proficiency in Adobe, ID Design and Microsoft applications is a must.Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day functions to assist | manage the Marketing Department, including but not limited to miscellaneous design projects, product catalog, advertising, and merchandising.Editing sales and marketing materials, articles, literature, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateralResponsible for all merchandising graphic design, execution, and consistencyCreate, implement, and monitor a file storage and maintenance protocolManage printers on color matching and product proofingMust understand basic typography, including fonts, point sizes, leading, and justification.Work effectively as a team with Digital Marketing Analyst, Sales, Purchasing and ExecutivesCreate files as needed for email blasts for internal and external communicationsManage production, proofing, and execution of annual product catalogMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsThese skills are a plus: social media experience, web design, video/photography experienceMust be able to critically think and creatively problem solveOther duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibility.Competencies: Ability to work with different people across many disciplines effectivelyMust be detail oriented and highly organizedMust have graphics experienceMust be team and goal orientedMust be able to occasionally lift 25 lbs.Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of graphic designAssociates degree required; Bachelors preferredExperience in electronic media management/social mediaAbility to work with different people across many disciplines effectivelyMust be skilled in Microsoft suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe After EffectsWeb and Video experience is preferredPortfolio of previous works to presentValid driver’s license required for minor travel when necessaryDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
