Job Description :	The Senior Designer helps lead the creation, development, and management of design projects including branding, campaign collateral, and digital assets for internal and external use. To be a successful Senior Graphic Designer, you will have extensive knowledge and experience in design, branding, advertising, and typography. You should also have experience managing creative projects both large and small, possess a deep understanding of how creative things get made, and be able to help lead other creatives through that process. RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing design projects from conception to delivery Designing marketing collateral including seasonal catalogs and brochures as well as posters, social, and web assets to accompany weekly collection launches Working closely with the Creative team to generate ideas and concepts at a senior level Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams ensure marketing objectives are met Create and design branded systems and graphic assets to distribute to our Stylists Follow brand standards and actively develop graphic standards Provide constructive feedback, direction, and mentoring to junior team members Present work and to the leadership team Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum 6 years related experience Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-level multi-tasking to take projects from concept through completed production Demonstrated eye for design and typography Strong portfolio (preferably online) Excellent communication and project management Ability to work with a team and independently Ability to work onsite at our Headquarters located in Totowa, NJ We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
