Manhattan Associates’ International Marketing Team is seeking an experienced creative with expertise in graphic design and digital tools, who can develop HTML assets and undertake swift and accurate desktop publishing tasks. Someone who can finesse a powerpoint, edit a video (trimming, adding bumpers, adding subtitles, overlaying text) and who can juggle multiple jobs simultaneously with an eye for detail and timely delivery. This person will take responsibility for a plethora of asks from both EMEA and APAC from regional teams and need to prioritise accordingly. Reporting to the Creative Director (based in Atlanta, US) with local support from the Senior Director International Marketing (based in the UK), this person will need to take full ownership for creative requirements Internationally.
Principal duties & responsibilities:
Brand steward – reinforce the organisation’s overall branding and desired image and ensure compliance Internationally
Market awareness – ensure all marketing materials position the brand for high visibility and awareness with customer, partners, trade associations, outside vendors and media audiences
Messaging – using imagery to convey product-related and value proposition messages
Visual solutions – develop graphics that tell a visually compelling story
Desktop publishing – review design, proof drafts, adjust for local requirements, ensure proper pagination, check colour assignment
HTML coding – ability to support ops team with landing page and email assets
Website – support local team with content management on their regional websites
Imagery – sourcing of appropriate photography / imagery, adjustment & enhancement as required
Social – production of social tiles to support customer stories, events & key asset distribution
Minimum knowledge, skills & abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design or operations
Previous experience in media, print, digital including event design either corporate or agency
Strong visual design acumen with the ability to think critically about the content
Knowledge of industry relevant multimedia software
Coordinate work on a variety of projects simultaneously with an acute attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills across an international audience
Able to work independently and within a team environment
Self-learner with ability to master new technology
Must be an excellent team player who is dependable, confident, committed, flexible, innovative, and detail-oriented.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of personal accountability to achieve excellence.
Must pay impeccable attention to detail, have strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize activities, as well as work within tight deadlines.
