Job Description :	We are looking for a visual problem solver with a great sense of design and deep knowledge of working within brand guidelines. As a Senior Graphic Designer at NIHF (National Inventors Hall of Fame) you will be working as a part of the Creative Department, producing a large variety of print, web design, photography, live-action videos, animated videos, digital advertising, museum displays, and social content for external and internal purposes. We will look to you to create the visual elements needed to build brand guides and templates that the rest of the team can follow. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can work independently as well as collaborate with colleagues and enjoys sharing ideas and skills. As NIHF grows so will the Creative Department so we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is ready to grow with us. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: You will be responsible for the design, layout, and formatting of materials including typographic, photographic, illustrative, and graphic elements. Knowledge of brand communication and digital marketing is a must. Excellent visual sense—including layout, hierarchy, and typography (with a portfolio to prove it!) Mastery of Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop Strong knowledge of print production and file preparation Strong knowledge of brand communication and digital marketing Strong knowledge of photography, retouching, and file management Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Working knowledge of Adobe Animate/Adobe After Effects/HTML/CSS Illustration skills Must be responsible for managing your projects from concept to completion. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be asked to create print digital, and motion design solutions for all of our external as well as internal communications. Attending meetings with the stakeholders, providing clear communication, and managing your timelines are all expected.
