Job Description : We are looking for an imaginative Sr. Designer to design interactive digital campaigns. This person should be conceptual and hands-on an ability to present out-of-the-box visions that consider high level brand components but also get their hands dirty; designing social campaigns, email, site pages, motion graphics storyboards, experiential content, print collateral, etc. They should be a self-starter and eager to learn about the tattoo industry and how it translates across style, art and design. Most importantly, this person is passionate about self-expression and enabling it with the creation of inspiring and engaging content.

This role will report directly to the Director, Brand and Content Marketing.

Responsibilities will include:

Create and design assets across print and digital channels based on an evolving brand style guide, content strategy and business objectives. Must be able to translate seasonal creative, story arcs and editorial imagery into digital marketing and social media campaigns.
Lead mobile-first website and landing page designs with a strong understanding of digital design, UX/UI best practices as well as marketing design, SEO, etc.
Partner with engineering to bring interactive concepts in front-end code to life.
Concept and storyboard new creative initiatives and ideas in line with the tattoo industry as well as industry parallels like design, art and fashion.
Source and research other creative collaborators including; artists, illustrators, 3D designers to accomplish vision and goals of a content and creative initiatives.

Candidates must:

Thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with a proven track record of agility.
6+ years of experience as a designer in an agency, studio, magazine or retail brand.
Extremely skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, web design is a plus.
Experience leading UX/UI decisions, working in step with product engineers.
Have a keen eye for detail and appreciation for asset management and organization
Ability to edit campaign video footage for different formats is ideal.
A strong interest in and understanding of typography
Ability to take a brief (as well as create your own from brainstorms) and ideate visual solutions
