Job Description :	Proper Hospitality is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer. We are a series of unique luxury hotels beautifully designed by Kelly Wearstler. The ideal candidate needs to have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in addition to a portfolio that showcases excellent typography and layout skills, right sensitivity toward color, texture, handmade, and photography. The ideal candidate also needs to be intimately familiar with the latest Adobe Suite applications, be able to design for print and screens, be flexible and very well organized. Finally, the ideal candidate must be able to think independently and not be shy about asking questions and communicating with others. Our work environment consists of a small team under the creative oversight of a senior designer. Work is fun, diverse and demanding. We work closely with numerous food and beverage teams, sales teams, as well as architects from Kelly Wearstler’s office. Our work is characterized by beauty, sophistication, edginess and a mix of historic and contemporary. Your projects will entail of: design of presentation decks for pdf and print, design of e-blasts that are somehow templated but can never feel generic, creation of google banners, oversight of our websites and close communication with web developers (you don’t need to code but you need to know a bit about web), research and cropping of images for the website, design of menus for restaurants all of which have unique identities and set of typographic vocabularies.
