Job Description : Red Nucleus is looking for a new teammate! We are hiring Graphic Designers to join our Learning & Development Division. This role can be located in any of our US offices or full-time remote.

Our Work

The types of projects we work on are diverse, spanning from pre-launch to post-launch positions of a brand lifecycle, across multiple audiences. Examples include

Design and development of new drug and medical device launch curricula for sales representative and medical science liaison audiences

Designing virtual clinical environments in which learners interact with HCPs and patients

Your Responsibilities

A senior artist’s responsibilities fall within 2 core areas: Creative Development and Sales Support, with the majority of time spent on Creative Development.
Creative Development
Determines and/or contributes to the overall creative approach to a project
Develops graphics, illustrations, UI elements, and other visual assets for digital, multimedia, responsive, and print learning solutions
Implements design principles to successfully communicate visual solutions for a variety of subject matters
Routinely consults with medical writers, project managers, instructional designers, and occasionally clients to determine the most efficient, effective, and appropriate approach to a project

Sales Support

Collaborates with RN business development and delivery team members to develop graphics, illustrations, brainstorm solutions, etc for proposals and pitches

Requirements

BA/BS/BFA in graphic design, interactive design, medical illustration or equivalent
3+ years of digital agency experience
Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
Working knowledge of additional productivity applications such as Adobe XD, Storyline, RISE, 3D Software, etc
Ability to translate complex information and concepts into understandable visuals that communicate the expected message
Experience as lead artist on a broad range of project types
Has experience and interest in interacting with clients
Exhibits exceptional teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
Willingness and ability to
Positively accept and implement constructive feedback from internal and external sources
Demonstrate attention to detail
Possess strong organizational skills
Contribute to a diverse team
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Handle peaks in business well
Deal with work-related pressure in a positive and professional manner

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Advanced degree, such as an MFA
Relevant teaching experience
Experience with/knowledge of
Life science, pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or biotechnology sales training
3D
Photography
Video production/editing
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc
Drawing fundamentals
