Job Description :	The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for project management over company graphic design needs. The position will be responsible for creating and designing marketing and advertising materials to represent the brand of Sagora Senior Living and managing a timeline and process for needs for all communities. The goal of this role is to enhance the design and brand of Sagora through subsequent marketing strategies. This is a new position we are adding for company growth. Position details: Location: Corporate Office – Downtown Fort Worth City, State: Fort Worth, TX Company details: www.sagora.com Status: Full Time Works in the office Tuesday through Thursday and from home Mondays and Fridays Our Core Values: Commitment Communication Empowerment Excellence What you will do: Design marketing materials that reflect the Sagora Senior Living brand Maintain brand guidelines across all Sagora communities while bringing fresh and creative ideas With direction from the Creative Director, develop compelling marketing designs for social and web content as well as collateral and materials Art direction for print and web designs Present and communicate ideas and designs Coordinate community advertising with the community sales directors for special events and activities Skills/Requirements: 5+ years of marketing and design experience in senior housing or related field required Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field Advanced proficiency of entire Adobe Creative Suite Video software knowledge (splicing, lay-over music) WordPress experience Project management experience with large projects Working knowledge of sales and marketing concepts to include principles and methods for promoting, and selling products and/or services Previous experience developing and maintaining company brand and image through creative marketing Experience with managing budgets Must have the ability to work well under stress, complete assignments accurately, work independently, and manage time effectively High degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics Professional communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop associates Strong management skills and be ability to work effectively in a team setting Sagora does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
