Job Description :	SummaryReporting to the Director, Brand & Content Strategy, is responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing and communications collateral that supports the strategic initiatives of St. Clair Health. In conjunction with Department leadership and by liaising with cross-functional teams, this integral position shepherds the curation of omnichannel content for both internal and external purposes from start to finish while upholding St. Clair’s brand guidelines across channels and platforms. Throughout the production process, the incumbent serves as the main point of contact for projects, delivering executions on time and on target while focusing on the associated elements that serve to elevate brand storytelling at every touchpoint.The position works daylight hours, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.Five years of experience copywriting, graphic design, social media, and/or digital storytelling (including web, video, and photo).Team-first attitude, with demonstrated experience in matrix-style environment.Wide-ranging professional experience, including healthcare, big brand, retail, etc.Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.Excellent organizational and time management skills with superb attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communications.Deep content creation and quality assurance experience.Relentlessly conceptual thinking at both the conceptual and executional level.Progressive production history; thrives in fast-paced organizations.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.A combination of in-house Brand Creative and agency experience; B2C and B2B.Demonstrated success at a large, global brand and/or startup experience.Historical efficiency as a freelancer and/or managing freelancers.Proficiency with editorial-style productions.Adept at asset management.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
