Job Opening for Senior Graphic Designer in StretchLab – Corporate (Irvine, CA)

Serve to create design and marketing materials across social, digital, email and print advertising assets for brand and marketing promotional campaigns.

Create designs for studios in pre-opening or open studios to use in studio or for promoting the brand externally through paid digital, social media and traditional advertising.

Collaborate in developing new seasonal campaigns (new members, new retail / apparel items, in-studio and out-of-studio events) to drive awareness and trial of Pure Barre classes.

Assist in formatting, resizing and sharing creative to client/studio specifications.

Collaborates with the team to bring new ideas and creative concepts to elevate the brand’s messaging and marketing activities.

Create production artwork and templates to enable 150+ studios to use locally.

Assist other departments (communications, sales, retail) with creative projects and needs.

Work cross-brand, within Xponential Fitness, to ensure a healthy and collaborative eco-system.
Profile of Ideal Candidate:

BA in Graphic Design or Art-related degree

3-5 years experience in Design

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Indesign/Photoshop)

Strong communication and collaborative skills

Strong conceptual thinking and design skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Basic knowledge of the digital space.

Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus

Passion for / experience in the Fitness and Wellness industry a plus

Proven ability to work with internal creative teams and external agencies

Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
